Sip ceremonial-grade cacao. Practice simple heart-opening yoga to aid the body’s metabolism of the cacao. Then practice Tonglen mindfulness technique to transform negative experiences, thoughts and emotions. Enjoy healing music and Jen’s medicine drum throughout the ceremony.

Tonglen is a mindfulness technique of “taking and sending” that cultivates courage and compassion. The practitioner takes in the suffering of another person, transforms that suffering into healing energy and sends that healing back to the person suffering.
