Meghan McDonough of The Washington Post sat in my "Recess for the Mind" meditation class.  She wrote about her experience in the March 17, 2017 edition of The Post.

As a busy writer, Meghan wrote about her initial struggle to take even 30 minutes out of her day to meditate.  She felt much more able to handle the rest of her busy day after sitting in the class.
